SAARTHI Mentorship Program: Mentorship and Support

Mentors provide valuable insights and knowledge about the exam pattern, syllabus, and effective study techniques. They tailor their advice and strategies to fit the unique strengths and weaknesses of the mentee, ensuring a more effective learning process.

Mentors will be having knowledge & experience of UPSC exam.

Mentors will also be under continuous guidance of Faculties.

The role of our mentor in preparing your UPSC examination is crucial and will be multifaceted.

Meet up with Mentor

Mentorship will be started with interaction with mentor allotted with other Aspirants. We are also conducting group mentorship so that students will be in continuous healthy competition with other aspirants and they can also prepare themselves accordingly.

Study Plan: Mentors will help candidates create a structured & personalized study plan tailored to their strengths and weaknesses.

Feedback and Evaluation

Mock Test evaluation: Regular conduct of mock test evaluations & Group Discussions (Minimum 10 students) to prepare candidates for test.

Strategic Insights

Exam Strategy: Sharing tips on effective strategies for both Prelims and Mains.

Current Affairs: Guiding candidates on how to integrate current affairs into their preparation.

Skill Development

Analytical Skills: Encouraging critical thinking and the ability to form coherent arguments.

Connections: Introducing candidates to a network of former candidates, educators, and resources.

Workshops and Seminars & Individual & Group Discussions: Encouraging participation in relevant events for holistic learning.
